Payment and shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Goods are delivered worldwide via DHL, with shipping costs including statutory value added tax.

The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping basket.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2–5 days and abroad within 4–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details regarding payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and public institutions.
The invoice amount must be settled within 7 days when paying by invoice.
When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
